Child Safety Standards & Commitment to Fighting CSAE

Last Updated: 2026-01-23

1. Our Commitment

HustleWithMe is strictly committed to the safety of all users, with a specific and absolute priority on protecting children. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of exploitation or endangerment of minors.

2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)

We prohibit the upload, sharing, distribution, or storage of any content that depicts, promotes, normalizes, or encourages child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Images or videos depicting sexual abuse of minors.
  • "Sextortion" or any coercion of minors.
  • Content that sexualizes minors.

Any user found violating this policy will be immediately and permanently banned, and we will report the user and the content to the relevant law enforcement authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

3. Content Moderation & Monitoring

To enforce our standards, we employ a multi-layered approach to content moderation:

  • Manual Review: A dedicated safety team reviews flagged content and user reports.
  • Proactive Monitoring: We actively monitor public areas of our platform for suspicious behavior patterns.

4. Reporting Mechanisms

We empower our community to help keep the platform safe.

  • In-App Reporting: Users can verify and report any content or user directly within the app by tapping the "Report" button (available on every profile and post). Reports related to child safety are prioritized for immediate review (within 24 hours).
  • Email Reporting: You can report concerns directly to our safety team at [email protected].

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We cooperate fully with local and international law enforcement agencies. We are legally obligated to, and will voluntarily, preserve and disclose user data to authorities when we have a good faith belief that it is necessary to prevent death or serious physical injury to a child.

6. Resources & External Standards

We adhere to the safety standards set forth by major child safety organizations. If you or someone you know is in danger, please contact local law enforcement immediately.
